Everything was simply perfect. The hotel was a chilled-out base for enjoying a shopping area, right by the shops, bars and restaurants in the opposite direction, the beach and main shopping/eating street in Port Douglas and an easy walk to all the restaurants. The location was easy - within walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go.

It has particularly good and stunning location and ample parking, and its close to the shops, bars and restaurants and numerous restaurants. Guests have all their needs satisfied by the affable stuff.

The room was beautifully maintained and newly renovated, featuring an elegant old dresser. the location was ideal, with everything we wanted to see just a short walk away, including a main shopping street.

Great value, close to the beach and convenient location. The apartment we stayed in was well-equipped with all the necessary amenities to make our business trip as comfortable as possible. The apartment was clean and tidy, and had ample space for our needs. The 24-hour reception was helpful, and the staff were friendly.

The internet connection was spotty and slow, which made it difficult to get work done efficiently. the lighting in the apartment was dim, which made it difficult to work or read at night without straining our eyes.

We loved our stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, tucked away at the quiet end of the street near the beach. The spacious and comfortable 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment was ideal for our 5-night stay. We especially enjoyed the large balcony with its own fan, perfect for relaxing and dining. The pool was great for both us and the kids, providing a refreshing escape from the heat. The host, Carmel, was incredibly helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic stay. We would definitely come back here again!

This hotel boasts an ideal location, just steps away from the beautiful beach and a stone's throw from many cafes, shops, and restaurants. the apartment is well-equipped and very spacious, featuring modern bathrooms with ample hot water, a balcony to relax on, and a well-stocked kitchen as per guest reviews. the pool and BBQ area are clean and well maintained, perfect for a relaxing vacation.

Some rooms lack proper sound insulation, so light sleepers may encounter some noise disturbances.

It was all superb.

The beach was just a short walk away and the surrounding area was full of lush tropical vegetation. the hotel staff were very knowledgeable about the area and were able to book tours for us which made our stay even easier. Plus, the room was clean and well-maintained.

The service was lacking as our room was not cleaned or serviced during our four-day stay. We had to ask for fresh towels and toiletries, which was a bit inconvenient.
